Lady Mule 2015 All-District Team

District 2-3A was able to
release the 2015 All District Girls Basketball Team. The Shallowater Fillies reached
the Texas State Semi Finals before being defeat in San Antonio.
The surprising Lady Mules had
four members named to the All District Team. The Newcomer of the Year was Lady
Mule freshman, Conley Niblett. She averaged ten points and pulled down 9.1
rebounds per game.
Dani Diaz, a senior, and
Sadie Sudduth, a sophomore, were also named to the elite team. Diaz made 10.6
points per game and was a 70.1 percentile free throw shooter. Sa. Sudduth
scored 9.4 points per game, made 5.9 assists, averaged two turnovers per game
and shot 81.6 per cent from the free throw line.
Sydnie Sudduth, a sophomore,
named as an Honorable Mention. Sy. Sudduth averaged 8.8 points per game, pulled
down 5.3 rebounds per game and made 76.1 percent of her free throws.
“These young ladies along
with all the Lady Mules had a fantastic season,” said Lady Mule coach Carey
Sudduth. “They surprised a lot of people but not themselves as they had set
high goals for this season.”
